Marinate the chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into even slices and add them to the marinade. Coat the chicken evenly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).

Cook the chicken: Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken slices. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. If necessary, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.

Check for doneness: Cut a piece of chicken in the center to ensure it is no longer pink. If undercooked, return it to the pan for another minute on each side.

Note
For a variation, you can use Greek yogurt for a thicker marinade. If you prefer a spicier dish, add a pinch of chili flakes to the marinade. You can also make this dish ahead of time and reheat it gently before serving.
